Flash flooding of small creeks, streams, urban areas, highways, and streets is ongoing or expected to begin shortly, affecting cities like Providence, Warwick, and Cranston.
Additionally, a Dense Fog Advisory has been issued for Southern Cook County in Minnesota, where visibility around one quarter mile in dense fog has been observed. Low visibility could make driving hazardous, particularly in shoreline areas. Residents are advised to exercise caution until 11 AM CDT.
