Led by Candace, our resident bread-baker, this class is so popular that we’ve added a second session due to high demand! Sourdough bread is not only delicious but also a nutritional treasure. In this workshop, you’ll learn the basics of sourdough bread-making, tips and tricks for creating and maintaining starters, and ideas for incorporating sourdough into various baked goods.
The workshop includes instruction materials and a sourdough starter, which will be provided to participants at the beginning of the class. Please note that this is a demonstration class limited to 15 people, so be sure to secure your spot early.
