The hazardous weather conditions are expected to persist from 1 PM Thursday to 7 AM PST Friday, with precipitation transitioning between snow and rain throughout the day. Residents and travelers in these areas are advised to exercise caution, prepare for slippery road conditions, and stay updated on the latest weather forecasts and advisories.
