Additionally, a Severe Thunderstorm Warning has been issued for southwestern Brewster County until 6:30 PM CDT. A severe thunderstorm, moving east at 35 mph, is expected to bring golf ball-size hail and 70 mph wind gusts, leading to injuries and significant damage in Big Bend National Park and surrounding areas.
