Lastly, a Flash Flood Warning is in effect for Nogales, Arizona, with thunderstorms producing heavy rain and the potential for life-threatening flash flooding. Urban areas, highways, streets, and underpasses are at risk, with additional rainfall expected to exacerbate the situation.
