The impacted locations include Georgetown, Westville, Catlin, Oakwood, Homer, Ogden, Fairmount, Fithian, Belgium, Jamaica, and Muncie, as well as Interstate 74 between mile markers 195 and 208. Residents in these areas are urged to take precautions and avoid driving through flooded roadways.
