In addition, strong thunderstorms with wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny-sized hail are expected in areas like Hillsboro and Whitney, Texas. Gusty winds could lead to minor damage to outdoor objects and knock down tree limbs, posing a risk to residents in the affected areas.
