South winds of 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 65 mph are forecasted from 10 AM on November 12 to 10 AM PST on November 13. The warning emphasizes that high winds may result in loose debris movement, property damage, power outages, and challenging travel conditions, particularly for high-profile vehicles.
