Established in 2025, The Ladybird Cafe in downtown Terre Haute is the new kid on the block. While they may be new, they are located in the historic Hulman Building at 900 Wabash Ave and their menu contains many classic breakfast items that are sure to please the whole family. The Ladybird Cafe is the third restaurant owned by locals, Cheyne and Nikki O’Laughlin, whose businesses never seem to disappoint Hautians with their varying menus and their unique atmospheres.

For early risers, The Ladybird is open weekdays at 7 a.m. with strong, fresh coffee and a full menu (8 a.m. on weekends). For brunch enthusiasts, they are open until 3 p.m. during the week (4 p.m. on weekends) and boast strong, cocktail-variety drinks and a full menu that aims to please.
